Who we are
This website is operated by The Media Haus International (“we”, “us”). We are the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project type and message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry: a short acknowledgement is emailed back to you straight away, and someone from our team follows up. Your enquiry is sent by email to the Media Haus mailbox through Resend, an email delivery processor — it isn’t stored anywhere else on this website.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage information through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site and how long you stayed. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4 and we do not use Google Signals or advertising features.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics. You can still browse the site and use the contact form either way.

Google Analytics
Usage data is processed by Google LLC on our behalf under Google’s data processing terms and may be transferred outside your country. Google retains event-level data for a limited period. Learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
Hosting and other processors
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to serve the pages and protect the site; these server logs are kept for a short period.
If you submit the contact form, your enquiry is sent by email through Resend, our email delivery processor. Resend handles the delivery of that one email and does not receive any other information about your visit.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in South Africa, the Information Regulator). Because analytics data is anonymous, we usually cannot link it to you; withdrawing consent through the cookie preferences above is the most effective way to stop further collection.
